Repairs & Resizing

  • In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
  • If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges under the Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer
  • This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Once the order is placed on our website, our CARE team will contact you personally to confirm the order. Only then it will be processed.
  • At each stage of production, you will be notified.
  • If an order is cancelled within 24 hours after being placed, you will be refunded the full amount through your mode of payment within 3-5 working days.
  • If an order is cancelled before it is shipped by us, we will make the refund for the amount paid after deducting the order processing charges.to the same mode of payment within 7 working days. These charges are generally based on the item ordered. And could be 5-10%
  • Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.
  • If in case after receiving the goods, if there is some genuine problem with the product from our end, you should refuse to accept the parcel. You need to contact us immediately and we will be able to co-ordiante the return of the parcel to the courier person. In such a case we will process a fresh order for you, as soon as possible.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

We at Sphere, strive very hard to bring to you breathtaking design collections, month after month, year after year. We are very proud of our brilliant craftsmanship and impeccable service. We take great pains to make sure that the piece reaches to you as you have envisioned.
We are a designer boutique company and do not offer huge discounts or complete Buy-Backs.

But we do offer a very customer friendly LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Return any product to the company under the lifetime exchange policy and buy any new product of your choice on our website or at our store or at one of our exhibitions
  • At any time after the purchase the product is eligible for the exchange.
  • Most Jewelry products shall be exchanged at 80% of prevailing market value.
  • Gold coins shall be exchanged at the prevailing gold rate.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
  • In no case will the amount be refunded by the company.
  • In case the value of the new product chosen is lower than the value of the old product minus all deductions, the customer will be issued a credit note for the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product. This note will be valid for 1 month only. Please note that the credit note will not be transferable to anyone except that particular customer who has initiated the return and will not be valid after a month from the date of issue.
  • In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product.

Customized Jewellery

  • Return of Customized jewelry will be dealt by the company on a case to case basis.
  • Customized Jewelry which includes personalized/engraved products manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions from Customer shall be exchanged at 70% of the prevailing market value

Solitaires

  • Return of Solitaires or Solitaire jewellery will be dealt by the company on a case to case basis.
  • Most Solitaire diamonds shall be bought back at 80% of prevailing market value, subject to a limit of Rs.10,00,000/-
  • Solitaire mount bought from the company shall be exchanged at prices determined as follows:
  • Plain gold mount – At prevailing gold rate.
  • Studded mount - 60% of the product's prevailing market value.
  • The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate. Submission of Invoice shall be optional for all Exchange under the Buy-Back Policy.

Discounted items

  • In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable

International orders

  • This feature is available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India) only if the items are shipped to us in perfect condition
  • All shipping for returns in International orders is borne by the customer.
  • All taxation and custom charges will be deducted from the return amount for International returns.
  • The company reserves the right to fix the exchange rate, keeping in mind the rate at the time of order and that at the time of exchange.

Important

  • Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate. Submission of Invoice shall be compulsory for all Exchange under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the return value.
  • The company reserves the right to change the lifetime exchange amount of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
  • Any item returned showing signs of wear or engraved, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

Procedure

Return shipping and insurance charges will be borne by customer.

  1. Call our customer care team and you will be given a Return Authorization Code, once you let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.
  2. We will courier you a Sphere tamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name and address on the outside return area and a unique serial number pre-printed.
  3. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by BlueStone. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
  4. Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  5. Once your returned item is received by Sphere, you will be informed immediately. Then it will go to the Quality Inspection department. After the confirmation of the state of goods, a credit note is generated as per the policy for the exchange amount which can be used within a month to order another product.

The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions listed above at any time.

Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.

If in case after receiving the goods, you are not convinced about the product, you can exchange it for any other item. If done within a month, only 5% is deducted and you are eligible to purchase any product with the remaining amount, online or at our store or at one of our exhibitions. After a month, you will be required to follow the terms of Lifetime Exhange policy.
